Orange is the New Bible Symposium

The Orange is the New Bible symposium is a celebration of interdisciplinary student research inspired by the Netflix TV series, Orange is the New Black, as part of LGBT History Month. Papers will address engineering religion, the presence of biblical motifs in the Orange is the New Black storylines, Christianity and Trans* rights, bi-invisibility in the series and much, much more. This free conference has been funded by the AHPGR Forum and WRoCAH.  More information and tickets are available from http://hiddenperspectives.org. The hashtag is #OITNBible, and the event will be tweeted by the @HPerspectives account.
