We’re rebranding!

This year the Arts & Humanities Postgraduate Forum is looking for a brand new name and logo. We would like input from the whole Arts & Humanities community here at Sheffield to create a name that represents the Faculty and all the amazing research work that is done here. Our new name needs to reflect our core aims:

  • To provide funding and support for PGR run initiatives and events
  • To encourage skills development for PGRs
  • To support interdisciplinarity across the whole Faculty

Please tweet your suggestions to us @ahpgr_forum and the winning entry will receive a bottle of wine!

We’re on social media!

After a successful AGM, where a number of terrific projects were showcased, we would like to thank everyone who attended for some really useful feedback on the function of the Forum. In light of the comments particularly about social media, we would like to announce that we now have a Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/ahpgrforum?fref=ts) and are on Twitter (@AHPGR_Forum). They’re a bit empty at the moment, but we will strive to remedy this soon.
